3rrrr ("3rrrr", "we", "us", "the Platform") is the data controller for all personal information collected through the 3rrrr website at 3rrrr.click and through any 3rrrr mobile application. As data controller, 3rrrr determines the purposes and means by which personal data is processed.
This Privacy Policy applies to all current and former users of 3rrrr, including registered account holders, visitors who browse without registering, players who have self-excluded, and anyone who contacts our support team. It applies regardless of whether you access 3rrrr from a desktop, mobile browser, or the 3rrrr mobile app.
This policy is written specifically for our Pakistani player base. All references to data protection standards reflect both our internal policies and our obligations under our Curaçao gaming licence. Where Pakistani data protection legislation evolves, 3rrrr will update this policy accordingly.
2Personal Data We Collect from Pakistani Players
3rrrr collects personal data through several routes: information you give us directly during registration and use of the platform, information collected automatically through your device and browser, and information received from third parties for verification purposes.
Information you provide directly:
- Full legal name as it appears on your CNIC
- Date of birth (for age verification)
- Pakistani mobile number (used for account access and OTP verification)
- Email address (for account communications and security alerts)
- CNIC number (collected during KYC verification)
- Payment details – Easypaisa account, JazzCash number, NayaPay/SadaPay handle, bank account or card details for deposit and withdrawal processing
- Profile information you optionally add, such as preferred username or communication preferences
- Communications sent to 3rrrr support, including complaints, chat transcripts and email correspondence
Information collected automatically:
- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Device type, operating system and browser version
- Session data – pages visited, time spent, features used, bets placed
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (detailed in Section 4)
- Log files recording platform activity
End-to-End Encryption
Every connection to 3rrrr uses 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Your CNIC data, payment details and account credentials are always transmitted over encrypted channels.
Secure Data Storage
Personal data is stored on access-controlled servers. KYC documents are held in a separate, highly restricted vault with audit logging on every access event.
Minimal Access Principle
Only the 3rrrr team members who need your data for a specific purpose can access it. No department has blanket access to all player data.
OTP Verification
Sensitive account actions on 3rrrr – including withdrawals and password changes – require one-time code confirmation sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number.
No Data Selling
3rrrr does not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third-party marketers under any circumstances. Your information is used exclusively for operating the 3rrrr platform.
Regular Security Audits
3rrrr conducts periodic security assessments of its data infrastructure. Identified vulnerabilities are remediated before they can be exploited.
3Why 3rrrr Collects Your Personal Data
3rrrr collects personal data only for specific, legitimate purposes. We do not collect data "just in case" or hold data beyond the period it is needed. The table below summarises the main processing purposes and the legal basis for each:
3rrrr will never use your personal data for purposes that are incompatible with the reason it was originally collected. If we intend to use your data for a new purpose, we will inform you and obtain any necessary consent before doing so.
4Cookies and Tracking Technologies
3rrrr uses cookies and similar technologies to make the platform function correctly, improve performance, and understand how Pakistani players use the service. Here is a plain breakdown of what we use and why:
- Essential cookies: Required for the platform to work. They keep you logged in, remember your session preferences, and ensure secure page navigation. You cannot opt out of these while using 3rrrr.
- Functional cookies: Remember your language and display preferences so you don't have to set them every visit. Optional but recommended.
- Analytical cookies: Help 3rrrr understand which features are used most, how long sessions last, and where players encounter problems. Data is aggregated and does not identify individual players. You may opt out of these through your browser settings.
- Marketing cookies: Only placed with your explicit consent. Used to track referral links and attribute correctly credited referral bonuses. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Most browsers allow you to manage cookie preferences through their settings menu. Disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in to 3rrrr. Disabling analytical or marketing cookies will not affect your ability to bet or withdraw.
5How 3rrrr Shares Your Personal Data
3rrrr does not sell your personal data. We share data with third parties only where it is necessary to operate the platform, comply with legal requirements, or protect the safety of the platform and its users. Third parties who receive your data are contractually bound to use it only for the specific purpose for which it was shared.
Data may be shared with the following categories of recipients:
- Payment processors: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay and banking partners receive the minimum data required to process your PKR deposits and withdrawals. These providers have their own privacy policies governing data they collect directly.
- Identity verification providers: Third-party KYC services may receive your CNIC details to verify your identity and age. These providers are regulated and hold data under strict security standards.
- Anti-fraud and AML service providers: Automated screening tools receive transaction data to detect suspicious activity. Output is used by the 3rrrr compliance team internally.
- Gaming technology providers: Game developers (such as the Aviator provider) receive anonymised session data only – they do not receive your personal identity or payment information.
- Legal authorities: 3rrrr will disclose personal data to law enforcement, regulatory bodies or courts where legally compelled to do so under applicable law. We will inform you of such disclosures where we are legally permitted to do so.
- Platform infrastructure providers: Cloud hosting and content delivery providers process data only as instructed by 3rrrr and under data processing agreements that bind them to our security standards.
6How We Protect Your Data
3rrrr takes data security seriously. The following technical and organisational measures are in place to protect your personal information:
- 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption on all web and app traffic between your device and 3rrrr's servers.
- Encrypted storage for all sensitive fields including CNIC numbers, payment identifiers and authentication credentials. Passwords are hashed using an industry-standard algorithm and are never stored or transmitted in plaintext.
- Role-based access control ensuring that 3rrrr staff only access the data their role requires. Access is logged and regularly reviewed.
- Two-factor authentication for 3rrrr administrative systems, reducing the risk of internal account compromise.
- Regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments carried out by qualified security professionals.
- Incident response procedures – in the event of a data breach that could harm players, 3rrrr will notify affected users and relevant authorities within the timeframe required by applicable law.
No system is completely impenetrable. While 3rrrr takes every reasonable precaution, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Players are advised to use a strong, unique password for their 3rrrr account and to enable any available two-factor authentication options.
7How Long We Keep Your Data
3rrrr retains personal data only as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. The following general retention periods apply:
- Active account data: Retained for the duration of your account on 3rrrr plus 5 years after account closure. This covers identity records, transaction history and betting records.
- KYC documents: Retained for at least 5 years after account closure in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Documents are stored in a restricted archive after your account closes.
- Payment transaction records: Retained for 7 years in line with financial record-keeping requirements.
- Support communications: Chat transcripts and email correspondence retained for 3 years after the last interaction, to support dispute resolution.
- Marketing consent records: Retained for as long as you are subscribed and for 2 years after unsubscribing, to evidence consent.
- Self-exclusion records: Retained indefinitely to prevent re-registration by excluded players.
8Your Rights Over Your Personal Data
As a 3rrrr player, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@3rrrr.click with your full name and registered mobile number. We will respond within 30 days.
Right of Access
Request a copy of all personal data 3rrrr holds about you, in a readable format.
Right to Rectification
Ask 3rrrr to correct inaccurate personal data. Some corrections may require supporting documents (e.g. name change on CNIC).
Right to Erasure
Request deletion of your data where it is no longer necessary, unless retention is required by law (e.g. KYC records under AML rules).
Right to Restrict Processing
Ask 3rrrr to pause certain uses of your data while a dispute or query is resolved.
Right to Portability
Receive your account and transaction data in a structured, machine-readable format (e.g. JSON or CSV) to transfer to another service.
Right to Object
Object to 3rrrr processing your data for direct marketing at any time. Objecting to processing based on legitimate interest will be assessed case by case.
Withdraw Consent
Where processing is based on consent (e.g. marketing emails), you can withdraw consent at any time via your account settings or by emailing privacy@3rrrr.click.
Rights Around Automated Decisions
Where 3rrrr uses automated tools to make decisions affecting you (e.g. fraud detection), you have the right to request a human review of that decision.
9Children's Privacy
3rrrr does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. The platform is strictly intended for adult players only. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has registered on 3rrrr, please contact us immediately at privacy@3rrrr.click with the details.
Upon confirmation that an account belongs to a minor, 3rrrr will immediately suspend the account, delete the personal data associated with it (other than records required to prevent re-registration), and return any deposited funds to the payment source used.
10Third-Party Links and Services
3rrrr's platform may contain links to other websites or resources for informational purposes, such as a link to cricket statistics or responsible gaming information pages. These third-party sites are not operated by 3rrrr, and 3rrrr has no control over their privacy practices or content.
This Privacy Policy applies only to data collected by 3rrrr directly. When you navigate to a third-party site, you are subject to that site's own privacy policy. 3rrrr recommends reviewing the privacy policy of any external site before providing personal information.
Game content hosted within 3rrrr (such as Aviator and crash games) is provided by third-party developers through an integrated interface. The game developers may collect anonymised gameplay data for the purposes of operating their products. They do not receive your identity, payment or contact data from 3rrrr.
11Updates to This Privacy Policy
3rrrr may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate, changes in applicable law, or improvements to our data practices. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players by email and/or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
The current version of this policy is always available at 3rrrr.click/privacy-policy and is marked with the effective date at the top of the page. Minor changes such as typographical corrections may be made without advance notice.
Continued use of 3rrrr after a policy update has been communicated constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using 3rrrr and contact support to close your account before the update takes effect.
