1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 3rrrr ("3rrrr", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using 3rrrr in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using 3rrrr immediately and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms are written in plain English specifically so that Pakistani players can understand what they're agreeing to. Legal language is unavoidable in certain sections, but we've kept jargon to a minimum wherever possible.

2Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use 3rrrr you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 3rrrr does not permit minors to register or use any part of the platform.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of or physically present in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of a 3rrrr employee or affiliated company.
• You must not be subject to self-exclusion on 3rrrr or any affiliated platform.

By registering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one account on 3rrrr. Opening multiple accounts, whether under your own name or aliases, is strictly prohibited. This includes accounts opened through referral links intended to fraudulently claim bonus rewards.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. Notify 3rrrr support immediately if any details change.

3rrrr reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) checks at any time. KYC typically requires a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of your registered payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

Account sharing – allowing another person to access or use your 3rrrr account – is not permitted. If we detect account sharing, the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4Deposits & Payments

3rrrr accepts deposits exclusively from Pakistani payment methods to serve its Pakistani player base. Accepted deposit channels include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa or Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

All deposits must be made from a payment method that belongs to you personally. Third-party deposits are not permitted. If 3rrrr identifies that a deposit was funded by a payment account belonging to a different person, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Deposits are credited to your 3rrrr balance in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). In the event of a technical failure that delays a deposit credit, contact support with your transaction reference number and the team will resolve it within 24 hours.

3rrrr does not accept cryptocurrency deposits. Any cryptocurrency transfers sent to 3rrrr addresses (if any are displayed in error) cannot be returned and 3rrrr accepts no liability for such transfers.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals from 3rrrr are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless that method is no longer active, in which case you may request an alternative after providing supporting documentation to the support team.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must complete full KYC verification. This includes identity verification (CNIC copy) and confirmation of your registered payment method. Once KYC is approved, it remains valid for your account permanently unless your documents expire or your personal details change.

3rrrr reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. These checks are standard practice and do not indicate any wrongdoing. You may be asked to confirm the withdrawal via a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number.

Winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. These requirements are stated in full in the specific bonus terms at the time the bonus is accepted. Real money deposits and non-bonus winnings have no wagering requirement attached to them and can be withdrawn at any time.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on 3rrrr are final once confirmed. Before confirming a bet, review the selection, stake and odds carefully. 3rrrr does not accept requests to void or amend confirmed bets except in specific circumstances outlined below.

The following circumstances may result in a bet being voided and the stake returned:

• The event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared.
• A match is declared a no-result due to weather or other external factors.
• A technical error on 3rrrr results in incorrect odds being offered and accepted.
• The event is suspended before the bet's relevant market has settled.

For live in-play markets on cricket and esports, bets are only accepted while the market is officially open. Any bet placed after an event or action has concluded – due to data feed delays or other technical issues – will be voided regardless of the displayed outcome.

For crash games including Aviator, the rules specific to each game's mechanics apply alongside these general betting terms. Provably fair verification details are available in the game interface of each crash title on 3rrrr.

Poker games on 3rrrr follow standard international poker rules. 3rrrr's poker room rules document, available on the poker section of the platform, is incorporated by reference into these Terms and is binding on all poker players.

7Bonuses & Promotions

3rrrr offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. These include the welcome deposit bonus, referral rewards, reload bonuses, cashback offers and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL and international cricket series.

Each promotion has specific terms including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (where applicable), eligible games, expiry dates and maximum payout limits. These specific terms are displayed on the relevant promotion page on 3rrrr and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address and per payment method.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• 3rrrr reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers – including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts or using bonus funds in a manner that exploits mathematical loopholes – will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Referral bonuses are paid in real cash with no wagering requirement. One referral bonus is paid per unique, verified referee who deposits a minimum of Rs 500 on 3rrrr.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 3rrrr. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, all bonuses and bonus-derived winnings forfeited, and withdrawals blocked pending investigation.

• Match fixing or collusion: Any attempt to influence the outcome of an event on which a bet has been placed on 3rrrr, or to place bets with insider knowledge of a fixed outcome, is prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Arbitrage and odds exploitation: Systematic arbitrage betting using 3rrrr odds in conjunction with other platforms, or exploiting briefly displayed incorrect odds, is prohibited.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile wallet provider in bad faith after placing bets is considered fraud. 3rrrr will pursue recovery of funds and may take legal action.
• Use of bots or automated betting tools: Automated scripts, betting bots or any software that places bets without direct human input are prohibited on 3rrrr.
• Duplicate accounts: Registering more than one account to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or evade a suspension is strictly prohibited.
• Money laundering: Using 3rrrr for any purpose connected to money laundering or the financing of unlawful activity is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

9Responsible Gaming

3rrrr is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its players. We recognise that for a minority of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our responsibility to provide support tools seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 3rrrr account holders at no cost and can be activated through your account settings:

• Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits – cap how much you can add to your 3rrrr balance in a given period.
• Loss limits – set a maximum loss threshold per session or per day.
• Session time reminders – receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Reality checks – on-screen prompts that show you how long you have been playing and your net position.
• Cooling-off periods – temporary pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion – permanently exclude your account from 3rrrr. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

Players who have self-excluded from 3rrrr must not attempt to re-register under a different name, mobile number or identity. Doing so is a breach of these Terms and a violation of the spirit of responsible gaming. 3rrrr uses identity verification tools to detect such attempts.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the 3rrrr platform – including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, statistical data, software and code – is the intellectual property of 3rrrr or its licensed content partners. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of any 3rrrr content is prohibited.

The 3rrrr name and logo are registered trademarks. You may not use these in any commercial context without prior written approval from 3rrrr. Personal, non-commercial use – such as sharing a screenshot of a win on your personal social media – does not require approval.

Game content displayed on 3rrrr (including Aviator and other crash games) remains the intellectual property of the respective game developer. 3rrrr licenses these games and does not claim ownership over their underlying mechanics or branding.

11Limitation of Liability

3rrrr provides its platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure reliability, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from technical interruptions.

3rrrr's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the relevant claim. This limitation applies to all causes of action whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

3rrrr is not liable for any losses arising from the player's decision to gamble, including losses incurred during normal gameplay. Gambling involves risk and 3rrrr does not guarantee any player profits.

12Changes to These Terms

3rrrr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Minor changes – such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any clause, or additions of new games to the platform – may be made without advance notice and will be effective immediately upon publication.

The current version of the Terms is always available at 3rrrr.click/terms-conditions and carries the date it was last updated in the header. If you continue using 3rrrr after updated Terms have been published, you are deemed to have accepted the changes.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, where 3rrrr holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute between a player and 3rrrr that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant Curaçao courts.

Before escalating any dispute externally, players must first contact 3rrrr's support team and allow up to 14 business days for internal resolution. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

3rrrr's internal complaints process is available in both English and Urdu. Players may submit complaints via email to support@3rrrr.click or via the live chat function on the platform. All complaints are logged with a reference number and tracked to resolution.
